401(k) Plan: All employees are automatically enrolled into our 401(k) plan after 90 days of service at a 2% employee-only contribution the first year after their first year of service the company matches dollar for dollar up to 4%.All other employee referrals are paid a $100 bonus for the first referral and $200 bonus each one thereafter (no limit).
